Booking Access & Priority Policy
To ensure we can accommodate larger events and deliver the best experience for our clients, we operate a tiered booking system:

Our calendar opens 3 months in advance for full-package bookings, including our Ultimate Party Package, XL Ball Pit & Double Slide setups, full event styling, and minimum spend bookings of £195+.

Smaller bookings (e.g. soft play or castle hire only) are released 6 weeks before your event date, subject to availability.

If you're planning a larger event or venue booking, we may accept bookings up to 6 months in advance by request — please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.

Booking Guide:
Step 1: Explore Our Packages
Browse our website to view our full range of soft play, bouncy castle, and giant ball pit options. Consider the number of children attending, the size of your venue, and your budget to help you choose the perfect setup.
Step 2: Check Your Date
Confirm the date of your event and ensure your venue is secured. We are able to take booking prior to you securing your venue but we will require a general location for set up.
Step 3: Submit Your Booking Request
Complete our booking form or email us directly with the following details:

Your full name & email address

Package(s) required

Setup location and event date

Setup and collection times
We’ll review your enquiry and get back to you as soon as possible.
Step 4: Booking Status Response
If bookings are open for your event date:
We’ll send you a full invoice outlining the booking details and all associated costs.
If bookings are not yet open:
You’ll receive a confirmation message that your enquiry has been received and you’ll be placed on our waitlist. Once the calendar opens for your requested date, we’ll reach out on a first come, first served basis (subject to availability).
Step 5: Secure Your Booking
Once your refundable security deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed and added to our calendar. We’ll contact you 7 days before your event to:

Step 6: Enjoy a Stress-Free Setup
On the day of your event, we’ll arrive to deliver and set up your chosen package. Once your celebration is complete, we’ll return to collect everything — leaving you free to focus on enjoying the occasion.
Coverage Area
We’re proud to provide our services across a wide stretch of the South Coast, covering three counties – Dorset, Hampshire, and West Sussex.
Our coverage area includes (but is not limited to): Wimborne, Bournemouth, Southampton, Farnham, Gosport, Portsmouth, Hayling Island, Chichester, Selsey, Littlehampton, Waterlooville, Petersfield, Bordon, and Winchester – as well as all surrounding areas in between.
